Ivory Compounds LLC (“Ivory Compounds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data when you visit ivorycompounds.com (the “Site”), create an account, or make a purchase. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
We do not store full payment card numbers. All payment transactions are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors; we never retain CVV codes or bank account numbers.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of marketing cookies and the sharing described in How We Share Information.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry or legal standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. This is separate from Global Privacy Control signals, which we honor as described above. If a uniform DNT standard is adopted, we will update this Policy.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers as needed to operate our business and fulfill your orders, including:

- Shipping carriers
- Fraud-prevention and identity-verification services

These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
Where we use advertising platforms for remarketing, information such as your browsing activity on the Site may be shared with those platforms to show you ads on other websites. Some state laws, including California’s, treat this as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out at any time as described in Your Privacy Rights.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.
Marketing Communications
If you have opted in, you may receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting support@ivorycompounds.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable laws.
We do not currently send text messages. If we launch an SMS program in the future, we will update this Policy and our Terms & Conditions and will send texts only to customers who opt in.
Your Privacy Rights
All users
By contacting support@ivorycompounds.com, you may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations);
- Opt out of marketing communications;
- Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the following rights:
- Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past twelve (12) months;
- Right to delete — deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to correct — correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, email us or use a Global Privacy Control signal;
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under the CPRA;
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise California rights, email support@ivorycompounds.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity, and you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address); commercial information (purchase history); internet activity (Site browsing behavior); geolocation (approximate, from IP address); and inferences drawn from the above.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 21, we will promptly delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
International Data Transfers
We currently ship within the United States only. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Changes are effective immediately upon posting with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
